October Clean Up Crew

As all the tourists go home, the undead come alive for a day to take over a spot in our city to collect cigarette butts and trash in order to protect our ocean friends from death.  Cleaning our coastlines of debris and micro plastics prior to reaching our waterways and the wildlife in the ocean is one of our missions.  This year we had over 40 ghoulish characters come and help us.  Every year this event has become a good time for families and friends to get dressed up in fun costumes all while supporting our cause.  Brews are drank afterwords to help the undead take rest after all the hard work.  We appreciate our Ocean Friendly Restaurant, Smartmouth Pilot House, for sponsoring and hosting the event with us.  We hope to see you at a future beach clean up held every 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Check our website and facebook for location.
