- Attend the public meeting held by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, BOEM, in Richmond this coming Wednesday, January 17th, 3 to 7PM. Facebook Event here. You will be able to learn more through exhibits and staff at the meeting and then write comments to BOEM officially into the record. There will be a rally / press event of those against drilling during their event.
